Welcome to Drop-Dead Gorgeous! We are so happy you have chosen us to help you achieve your desired look. To make sure your appointment goes smoothly for both you and our staff we have outlined our policies. Please review them and if they are acceptable to you click the “accept the waiver” button at the bottom of this screen. It will then let you proceed to online booking.
Credit Card Policy
Drop-Dead Gorgeous Salon requires that a credit card be put on file to hold your appointment. Please be prepared to provide your credit card number for online booking. If you call in to schedule your appointment you also must provide our staff with your credit card number.
If you are a NEW client with us who wants an extreme Haircolor change or has had at-home Haircolor used on their hair in the last 2 years we suggest scheduling a Haircolor consultation with one of our stylists. They can help if you are unsure what service you are needing. To book one you can do this at our online booking site also. Please be aware the $20 charge will only go into effect in the case of a no-show or late cancellation. This service is complimentary. BOOK ONLY A CONSULTATION IF NEEDED. The stylist will then assess how much time is needed and book you another appointment for your service.
Please understand that when you forgot to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel after your 24-hour period your card will be charged 50% of your reserved appointment price.
We ask that clients call the salon and notify their stylist if they will be arriving late to their scheduled appointment. If we have not been able to contact a client within 15 minutes after their appointment time the client will be considered a “no show” and charged 50% of their scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive late for their appointment may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens they will still be charged for the full amount of the services scheduled.
Drop-Dead Gorgeous Salon does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. We do have a 7-day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and have corrections made on technical errors.
Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products.
For all color corrections we require a Haircolor Consultation. This must be booked before proceeding with an appointment time. Once one of our stylists has given a proper in person consultation, an appointment can be made. This way the client knows the amount of time and monetary amounts to expect.
